UPG has a small nursery at a private site near Miami Shores!
Projects: May include weeding, transplanting, habitat or garden planting, propagation and composting. For those who want a low-impact active workout, this is good. Children are welcome.
Hours: We do this in the evenings, after the heat of the day. We start at 4pm and end at 7pm. Navigation Address: Near Miami Shores. Make Reservations, and you will be provided with the address the day before.
Prep: Bring a water bottle and sun hat. Wear closed-toed shoes or boots. Expect to get grubby. Bathroom is NOT available.
