This is an indoor activity, with Air Conditioning. A bathroom is available.
UPG is working with new partners to get this batch of seeds delivered to recipients in Haiti.
Current status: we have ~25 varieties of vegetables which we got in bulk, and have been sub-packaged into retail-sized packages.
Our output: We’ll be creating Seed Distribution Packages, ensuring that each package has one of each of the seed types plus a planting info sheet (info in Kreyol and English). This is enough seed to grow food for an estimated 25,000 people.
We’ll work for about 3 hours on 6/23 and 6/30. Please make your reservation so we can plan.
Site Details: We are working in a hallway at a storage facility, and space is limited, so 10-15 people is optimal. See the diagram which indicates the parking lot and the storage entrance.
