Educational Partners

UPG is grateful for the support of our Educational Partners,
from Pre-School to Grad School!

Miami Dade College

• iCED - Institute for Civic Engagement & Democracy - http://www.mdc.edu/iCED/

• Yes Club - All campuses throughout the year.

• UPG has been recognized as MDC Community Partner of the Year for Service-Learning 4x by 3 campuses.

• We also work with numerous professors across the college, providing Service-Learning.

Miami Shores Montessori

UPG provides children ages 3-6 with experiential environmental education.

The Director and her staff provide a warm, supportive learning environment with challenges scaled to the age and the child.

Environmental Professionals & Organizations

UPG works with field biologists, botanists, and earth science professionals from many of South Florida’s notable institutions and organizations.

UPG serves as a bridge between the community and science, so even elementary school students can work on projects developed in collaboration with PhDs.

The combination of UPG’s self-taught, innovative and Volunteer-powered methods with formally trained scientists creates an even more potent force for good.

If you and your organization would like to get involved with UPG, please read on.
